Laurie's Rosemary and Garlic Crackers

150g plain flour
1 tsp flaky sea salt
1 tbsp finely chopped rosemary, plus 1 tsp for sprinkling on top
1 tbsp chopped garlic
Pinch of black pepper
80ml water mixed with 2 tbsp olive oil

  1. Sprinkle salt on rosemary and garlic and smoosh to encourage the oils out.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients, then add the garlic, rosemary, and water/oil, with a fork. Bring together with hand.
  3. Roll as thin as possible and cut into squares, put on tray.
  4. Bake for 14 mins at 200 degrees. Will keep in a sealed container for 2 weeks.
